Canvas
The canvas is Convas’s core delivery surface: preview decks, edit and refine, present, share, and export.
What is canvas
The canvas shows your finished deck—editable slides or full-page images. Once generated, page order follows what you see there. “Slide 3” means the third page in preview.
Preview & navigation
The main preview sits in the center; the thumbnail rail on the right lets you jump to a page or drag to reorder the deck. The header shows project status plus aspect ratio and output mode.
Reorder slides
Drag a thumbnail up or down in the right rail; the new order applies as soon as you drop it. Once a deck exists, canvas order is the source of truth—“slide 3” means the third thumbnail from the top. Share links and exports follow the same order.
Move the market-analysis slide to right after the cover.
Thumbnail drag is paused while the Agent is generating or batch-rendering. Wait until it finishes, or describe the new order in chat.
Edit & tweak
Edit
After selecting, edit in chat, refine properties, or add elements to chat.
Tweak
Deck-wide tweaks in the right rail, or refine selected elements.
Present mode
Click Present in the header for fullscreen slideshow. You can enable loop and auto-advance. Presentation settings also support presenter mode, the notes drawer, and a separate presenter window for notes and pacing—see Speaker notes & presenting.
Format & mode
The canvas header shows badges for aspect ratio and output mode (e.g. “Code mode · 16:9”). Both are chosen when you create the project and usually stay fixed. Supported ratios, how to pick code vs image mode, and edit differences—see Output modes and FAQ.
