Export

Download from the canvas header, or ask the Agent in chat to export PDF, PowerPoint, or image ZIP for offline presenting, archiving, or further editing.

How to export

Both paths produce the same file: format, page order, and aspect ratio match the current canvas deck. Export is available once slides exist.

  • Canvas header: click Download and choose PDF, PowerPoint (high-fidelity or editable), or image ZIP.
  • Chat: tell the Agent what to export. The browser starts the download when it finishes; the chat card also lets you download again.

Export PDF

Export this deck as a PDF.

Editable PowerPoint

Export a PPTX I can edit in PowerPoint.

Editable PowerPoint is code-mode only; in image mode use high-fidelity PPTX or PDF.

Images per slide

Export each slide as an image and zip them.

Share links cannot be created in chat—use Share in the canvas header. For code-mode decks you don’t need to stay on the Canvas tab; if preview isn’t ready yet, the Agent may ask you to open Canvas once.

Formats

  • PDF: read-only sharing and print; layout matches the canvas.
  • PowerPoint · high-fidelity: one full-page image per slide; matches preview, not editable in PPT.
  • PowerPoint · editable: text and some charts stay editable in PowerPoint; slide remarks match project speaker notes (see Speaker notes & presenting); code mode only.
  • Image ZIP: one PNG per slide—for sharing, docs, or design tools.

Notes

Confirm page order and last-minute refinements in canvas preview before exporting. The two output modes export slightly differently, but both aim to match what you see in preview.

Slides with motion export as a single static frame in PDF, PPTX, or image ZIP—not the live animation you see in browser preview. For online presenting, prefer a share link. See Motion & animation.

For online viewing without files, prefer a share link—see Share docs.
